Welcome to Xcell / Xcell Bar, owned and operated by Tanko Snacks Private Limited (“we”, “us”,  “our”). Xcell and Xcell Bar are registered trademarks of Tanko Snacks Private Limited. By accessing  xcellstore.in and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms &  Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 

1. General Information 
This website is operated by Tanko Snacks Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in New Delhi, India. 
Throughout the site, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Xcell /Xcell Bar/Tanko Snacks Pvt. Ltd.  We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.  We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or restrict access at our sole discretion. 

2. Products & Orders 
All products listed on xcellstore.in are subject to availability. 
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product information at our discretion. 
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 
By placing an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete. 
We are not responsible for errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability and may cancel orders if discrepancies arise. 

3. Non-Returnable Products 
All products sold through Xcell/Xcell Bar, owned and operated by Tanko Snacks Private Limited, are strictly non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order. 

4. Payment 
We accept secure online payments via our verified payment gateway partners. 
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery. 
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. 
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely; we do not store your financial details. 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity is suspected. 

5. Shipping & Delivery 
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). 
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. 
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier performance. 
We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, natural events, or factors beyond our control. 
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier. 

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds 
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. 
Refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery. 
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval. 
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or voucher (unless the customer requests a bank transfer). 
Opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. 
All refunds and cancellations are subject to operational feasibility and Tanko Snacks Private Limited’s final approval. 

7. Privacy & Data Protection 
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
Your personal details are used only for order processing, payments, communication, and service improvements.  
By using our website, you consent to such collection and processing, subject to applicable law. 

8. Health Disclaimer 
Xcell/Xcell Bar products are functional foods, not medicines. 
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 
Individuals with medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions should consult a doctor before consumption. 
Children below 7 years of age should only consume the product after medical consultation or under the guardianship. 
We disclaim liability for misuse, overconsumption, or failure to seek medical advice before use. 

9. Intellectual Property 
All content on xcellstore.in (including text, images, logos, packaging, graphics, and trademarks) is the property of Tanko Snacks Pvt. Ltd. 
Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited. 
Use of our intellectual property without prior written consent may result in legal action. 

10. Limitation of Liability 
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. 
Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed its purchase price. 
We are not responsible for customer negligence, misuse of products, or reliance on third-party information. 

11. Communication & Marketing 
By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive order updates, marketing emails, and promotional offers. 
You can opt out of marketing communication anytime via the “unsubscribe” link or by contacting us. 
Operational emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are mandatory and cannot be opted out of. 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. 
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. 
You agree that any claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
