Refund Policy 

Refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances: 

  • Incorrect item shipped (different SKU, flavour, or size).
  • Expired product received.
  • Missing items (reported within 2 days of delivery with supporting evidence). 

NOT Eligible for Refund: 

Partially or fully consumed products.

  • Free samples or promotional items (unless specified otherwise).
  • Minor transit wear (e.g., superficial dents or scratches not affecting product quality). 

Refund Process 

  • Raise a request within 2 days of delivery at hello@xcellstore.in with order details, product SKU, and 360° unboxing video evidence confirming no tampering.
  • Our team will review and verify the claim. Tanko Snacks Private Limited’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • Approved refunds are processed:  
    • Prepaid Orders: To the original payment method within 7–10 working days post inspection.
    • COD Orders: As store credit/discount voucher redeemable at xcellstore.in. Bank transfers may be considered at our discretion.
  • Cash refunds are not available. 

Return & Exchange 

  • Products once dispatched are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Exchanges will be arranged (additional shipping charges) only if the delivered item is incorrect, expired, missing, or damaged.
  • Customers must raise a claim within 2 days of receipt by emailing hello@xcellstore.in.
  • Claims must include a detailed description and a 360° video recording of the package opening to confirm intact packaging.
  • Requests without proper evidence or submitted beyond the stipulated period will not be considered.
  • The authority to approve or reject claims rests solely with Tanko Snacks Private Limited, and their decision is final.
  • Validated claims will be processed within 10–15 business days and exchanged strictly for the same product.
  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer’s location.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the original packaging (cartons, seals, protective tape, labels, or pouches) is tampered.
  • Customers are strongly advised to refuse parcels that appear damaged or altered at the time of delivery.
