At Tanko Snacks Private Limited, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and efficiency in managing your orders. Please note that all items are non-returnable except under specific conditions outlined below. 

Shipping Policy 

  • Courier Partners: We use third-party courier partners for deliveries.
  • Delivery Timelines:  
    • Delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
    • The exact schedule will be communicated by the delivery partner/service provider.
    • Timelines are indicative and subject to logistics and partner constraints.
  • Charges: Standard delivery charges calculated at checkout based on weight/volume/location.
  • Delayed Delivery: If your order does not reach you within 15 days post-dispatch, contact us at hello@xcellstore.in.
  • Responsibility: Once dispatched, Tanko Snacks Private Limited has limited control over the package. We do not assume responsibility for courier delays.
  • Tracking: Customers receive tracking IDs and courier details via email/SMS.
  • Failed Delivery: If undeliverable, packages may be returned. Reshipment requires additional shipping charges. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
  • International Shipping: Not available currently.
  • Orders placed on national holidays will be dispatched the following day.
    • Orders placed by 2pm, 1 day prior to the national holiday will be dispatched the same day or the day post the national holiday. (Subjected to courier service availability)

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once “shipped.”
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 10 business working days to the original payment source, subject to post inspection or approval.
