At Tanko Snacks Private Limited, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and efficiency in managing your orders. Please note that all items are non-returnable except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Shipping Policy

  • Courier Partners: We use third-party courier partners for deliveries.
  • Dispatch from Warehouse:
    • Orders placed by 11 AM will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day; orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched the next day.
    • Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
    • Delivery will take 5–7 working days. Courier partners do not provide an exact delivery date.
    • Timelines are indicative and subject to logistics and partner constraints. Delays may occur due to festivals, natural calamities, or other reasons beyond our control.
  • Charges: Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight/volume/location.
  • Delayed Delivery: If your order does not reach you within 15 days post-dispatch, contact us at hello@xcellstore.in.
  • In case your order is delayed, please write to us with your order number at hello@xcellstore.in.
  • Responsibility: Once dispatched from our warehouse, Tanko Snacks Private Limited has limited control over the package. We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by courier partners, festivals, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Tracking: Customers receive tracking IDs and courier details via email/SMS.
  • Failed Delivery: If undeliverable, packages may be returned. Reshipment requires additional shipping charges. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
  • International Shipping: Not available currently.
  • National Holidays: Orders placed on national holidays will be dispatched the following day.
    • Orders placed by 11 AM, 1 day prior to the national holiday, will be dispatched the same day or the day after the national holiday (subject to courier service availability).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or delivered.
